Dena Xia is an artist based in the United States, born in Shanghai, raised in San Francisco Bay, and going to school in New York City. She specializes in storyboarding and background design, but is proficient in all aspects of the animation pipeline. In her free time, she loves reading comics, playing TTRPG and creating immersive worlds with her friends, baking bread, and going to broadway. Give her recommendation of your favorite graphic novel!

She is currently a junior BFA Animation major at School of Visual Arts in New York City. She is the student senator of BFA Animation, as well as the president of Figure Drawing Club.
